Here’s what you need to know:

• Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return items bought directly from Blueair. Please note that this return policy is separate from our manufacturer's warranty, which continues beyond the 60-day return period.
• Eligibility for Return: You can return any item purchased directly from Blueair for any reason, unless noted in our return policy exceptions.
• Return Policy Exceptions:
  • Non-Returnable Accessories: Used filters or used pre-filters cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale: Refurbished units are final sale and cannot be returned.
• How to Return:
  • Initiating a Return: You can start your return process by contact our support team by email at info@blueair.com or by phone at: 888-258-3247
• What to Expect:
  • Shipping: Blueair will provide a pre-paid return label for you to use. Please use this label for your return, as we cannot accept returns that do not use our pre-paid label.
  • Processing Time: After we receive your return, please allow 10-14 days for it to be processed.
  • Refunds: Any applicable refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after return processing is complete.
